Digital downloads are delivered by email right after purchase, so there's no shipping. Because they're instant downloads, they can't be returned.

Items we make are packed and shipped by us. We'll email you when your order is on its way. You can also pick up your order in Thunder Bay — Demo Only.

Print-on-demand items are made to order by our print partner and ship separately, straight from them.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, please get in touch and we'll sort it out.
